Rangers fans were left absolutely furious on Sunday after a controversial VAR decision went against the Gers during their disappointing defeat to Hibernian at Ibrox.

What had already been a frustrating afternoon for Derek McInnes’ side quickly turned into a major talking point when referee Don Robertson was advised to review an incident involving Vanja Dragojevic and Jason Kerr inside the Rangers penalty area.

The Rangers players appeared stunned when the decision eventually went against them.

“It looks like they’re going to give a penalty kick. It’s absolutely incredible, it really is.”

“Nobody’s looked at that in real time, it’s way after the fact, I just do not see there’s any need for VAR to be getting involved in that.”
