“But it’s nice that they see me as an alternative and it’s a sign that something good has been done, then we’ll see what happens but I’m happy where I am.”
His comments will come as a major boost for Leeds supporters, with the defender openly expressing his satisfaction at Elland Road despite being linked with one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs.

“Hand on heart I can say that the Leeds fans are the best in England and they have supported us in a really good way this season. I don’t think you understand how big the club is until you are in it.”
