Like Shankland, Devlin followed McInnes from Hearts, although the Australian midfielder will not immediately link up with the squad due to an extended holiday following his World Cup involvement.

Based on the latest reports coming out of Serbia, the transfer is now moving rapidly towards completion.
According to MaxBet Sport, the talented Serbian midfielder already has “one foot” out of Partizan Belgrade.
The report claims that the transfer is effectively agreed, with only the final administrative details and official confirmation still to be completed before the move becomes public.
It is also suggested that Partizan have already lined up Dragojevic’s successor by reaching an agreement to bring in Timothy Ouma from Slavia Prague, further indicating they are preparing for the departure of their captain.

While fitness work and tactical preparations remain the priority during the Spanish training camp, Rangers’ transfer plans continue progressing behind the scenes.
