MASSIVE NEWS — Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall coming back to Leicester City? Foxes have now been told KDH will be leaving Chelsea after just one year in West London to Join…

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is reported to be departing Chelsea Football Club after just one year in West London. Clearly, he remains a talent, so numerous teams would benefit from loaning or securing the midfield virtuoso.

However, Blues officials apparently intend to offload Dewsbury on a permanent basis. So where will the soon-to-be 27-year-old settle for the upcoming season? Will he stay in the Premier League or venture abroad? Alternatively, will KDH return to his childhood club, Leicester City?

Is KDH needed on Filbert Way?
Transfer news and speculation are never scarce during the summer months. One rumor that caught Foxes of Leicester’s attention today (Monday, July 28) actually concerned another team’s player.

Nevertheless, the athlete in question is indeed a former beloved figure of the Foxes. And a professional who played a key role in some of the (few and far between) successful moments of the modern era.

Would Dewsbury-Hall be a suitable candidate for the East Midlanders to re-sign? Yes, absolutely! The Nottingham-born (I know, right) player checks nearly every box in transfer terms. I’d argue that KDH is too skilled for us at the moment, to be completely honest.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall reportedly leaving Chelsea – will he return to boyhood club Leicester City?

But is there any possibility that City could pull off an astonishing deal to bring Dewsbury-Hall back to the King Power? No, I don’t think there is really.

And that judgment isn’t just based on my view. I have considered several factors, and things simply don’t align. He’d be a fantastic addition, but is arguably also unnecessary. Leicester’s midfielders are sufficient at present.

“Fulham are said to be chief admirers of the player, with website GiveMeSport claiming the Cottagers are keen to sign him as part of a permanent deal.” [Leicester Mercury]

KDH will likely target a top European league. Uncertainty looms at LCFC currently: new manager, potential points deductions, and financial difficulties. All this suggests Dewsbury-Hall heading elsewhere, sadly for us.
