Everton have officially agreed a deal to sign Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, with Fabrizio Romano giving the famous “Here We Go” to confirm the move.
The permanent deal will see Everton pay £25 million upfront, with the total package rising to around £28–29 million once add-ons are triggered. The 25-year-old has agreed personal terms and is set to begin a new chapter at Goodison Park.
