We miss Jamie Vardy. Leicester City fans can still catch him (when fit) playing for his new side, Cremonese. However, it’s simply not the same as watching him don the Foxes shirt — not even close!
Rewatching old YouTube clips from his glorious spell at King Power Stadium doesn’t quite do the trick anymore either. But something new in the works might just reignite those cherished memories for Leicester’s loyal Blue Army.
That’s because a Vardy documentary, alongside a Vardy family reality series, are both reportedly in development. Some sources claim the documentary is already in post-production — the stage where filming is complete and the project moves into editing. This particular feature will supposedly spotlight the former England striker’s playing journey.

So, we might not have to wait too long before the Netflix release arrives. On top of that, there’s also a television production on the way; The Vardys is said to be either in the process of filming or right on the cusp.
I say filming could still be ahead because Jamie’s wife Rebekah and their children are reportedly not yet settled full-time in Italy. But what else do we know about these two shows centred on the LCFC legend, soon coming to Netflix and ITV?
Two shows about Leicester City hero Jamie Vardy are apparently set to arrive on Netflix and ITV in the near future.
To be honest, we never did get that Hollywood movie about Vardy — and perhaps that’s for the best. It’s hard to imagine any film truly capturing his remarkable story. Maybe that was a blessing in disguise!
Nevertheless, reports suggest that both Vardy projects are indeed happening. This particular article notes that the Netflix series is expected to premiere this year.

Meanwhile, the couple have reportedly signed agreements with both the British broadcaster and the American streaming giant. However, no release date has been confirmed for that one just yet.
