THE Cherries have struck an agreement for Julian Araujo to join Celtic on loan, with the club preparing to recall Dominic Sadi from his temporary spell at Novi Pazar to clear space for the Mexican to make the move north, according to reports.
The Daily Echo understands Bournemouth were eager to explore the possibility of allowing Araujo to depart for Celtic, and Sky Sports have confirmed that an agreement has now been reached between the two sides.
However, with all international loan slots currently occupied, the Cherries must bring a player back from overseas before Araujo can complete his switch to Celtic Park.

Reports indicate Araujo is already in Glasgow to undergo a medical ahead of the proposed move.
It is believed that Sadi will be the player recalled from Novi Pazar in Serbia. The 22-year-old has featured ten times in all competitions during his loan, finding the net twice in league action.
Araujo, meanwhile, has slipped down the hierarchy at Bournemouth and has managed just a single appearance for the club this season.
That outing came in the League Cup, where he started in the 2-0 loss to Brentford before being dismissed for a second yellow card in the opening minute of stoppage time.
The Mexican defender has also been named on the bench for eight Premier League fixtures but has remained an unused substitute in each case.
Overall, Araujo has made 14 appearances for Bournemouth since arriving from Barcelona in August 2024.
