EXCLUSIVE — Danny Rohl has told Rangers ace that he’s no longer needed at Ibrox and should pack his bags and LEAVE immediately

Top-class’ Gers star’s future at Ibrox has become a growing talking point as the club continue reshaping their squad following a busy start to the transfer window.

The striker arrived at Ibrox last summer for £4.2million amid high expectations, but has since struggled to consistently justify his place in the side, scoring seven league goals and often featuring in a limited role.

With Danny Rohl already strengthening his attacking options through new arrivals, competition for places has intensified significantly, leaving several forwards fighting to stay in the manager’s long-term plans.

That situation has now led to serious internal discussions about squad trimming, and it is understood that Miovski is among the players most at risk of being moved on as Rangers look to streamline their attacking department.

According to former Aberdeen chief executive Keith Wyness, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Bojan Miovski, the North Macedonian forward is now the most likely candidate to be sacrificed following the arrival of Lawrence Shankland from Hearts.

Rohl is believed to be reshaping his frontline entirely, with four senior strikers currently on the books and further movement expected before the end of the window.

Wyness, who previously worked at Everton and Aston Villa, suggested that Shankland’s arrival has directly impacted Miovski’s standing in the squad hierarchy.

“I think Chermiti will benefit from having Shankland, playing off Shankland would be really good for him,” Wyness said.

“I think the one who’s really at risk is Mivovski. He could certainly be out the door, and I think he’d be one of those who would be on the list to sell. He hasn’t performed to expectations. He did quite well at Aberdeen, but he hasn’t done it for Rangers that much.

“And so overall, I think we’re looking at Chermiti and Shankland being the attacking force, which would be a very interesting forward duo for Rangers.”

Miovski’s struggles since his move have made his situation increasingly uncertain, with just a handful of goals and limited influence in key matches.

He now faces an uphill battle to secure a long-term future at Ibrox as Rangers continue to refine their squad under Rohl’s direction.
