At Ibrox, Derek McInnes has wasted little time reshaping his Rangers squad. The new manager has overseen a busy recruitment drive since arriving in Glasgow, with the club showing clear intent to strengthen several departments as they look to mount serious challenges both domestically and in Europe.

Cammy Devlin has officially agreed a move to Rangers after signing a contract that will keep him at Ibrox until the summer of 2028, with the club retaining the option to extend the agreement by a further 12 months.
The former Hearts midfielder becomes Rangers’ sixth addition of the transfer window and follows Derek McInnes to Glasgow after previously working under the manager in Edinburgh.
Having opted against extending his stay at Tynecastle, Devlin has now committed his future to the Light Blues as Rangers continue strengthening ahead of the new campaign.
Speaking after finalising the transfer, Devlin said:

The Australian international will once again work under McInnes, with the Rangers boss making no secret of his admiration for the midfielder after their successful spell together.
In a statement, McInnes said:

Devlin joins a growing list of summer arrivals as Rangers continue refreshing the squad under their new management team.
He links up with fellow recruits Ben Godfrey, Ross McCrorie, Dan Neil and Lawrence Shankland as McInnes steadily assembles a squad capable of competing for honours during the upcoming season.
The Rangers boss is currently putting his players through an intensive training programme in Spain as preparations continue for the new campaign, with Devlin expected to integrate into the group following his holiday.
Despite the latest signing, Rangers are not expected to stop there.
The club remain active in the transfer market and are understood to be pursuing further additions before the window closes, with McInnes keen to add even greater competition throughout the squad.
Devlin’s arrival provides another dependable option in midfield at a time when Rangers are looking to increase both quality and depth across the pitch.
Interestingly, the midfielder’s move comes despite continued attention from clubs elsewhere in Europe, with Real Betis, Atalanta, Bologna and Wolves all credited with monitoring his situation during recent months.
However, Rangers have ultimately secured his signature, handing McInnes another player he knows well as preparations continue ahead of what promises to be an important campaign for the Light Blues.
