One factor that has helped Leeds maintain stability this season is the club’s decision to stick with their manager.
While several teams around them reacted to poor results by changing head coaches, Leeds chose patience.

While Leeds have remained stable on the touchline, the situation at Tottenham has been far less settled.
The London club are now drifting closer to trouble after a difficult run of results. Spurs have not won a league game since February and remain winless under interim boss Igor Tudor.
Reports have suggested that the club could consider further changes, with former Leeds star Robbie Keane among the names previously linked to the role.
Now, however, attention has shifted elsewhere.
According to The Guardian, Keane is being tipped as a potential candidate for the Celtic managerial position.
Why Keane is attracting interest
The report claims Celtic are considering a reshuffle of their technical structure ahead of the summer and have identified the former Leeds forward as a possible option.
Those within the club reportedly believe the 45-year-old could be a strong fit in Glasgow, particularly given his recent managerial achievements.
Keane enjoyed success with Maccabi Tel Aviv, guiding the club to a league title in his only season in charge. He followed that up by leading Ferencvaros to a league championship last season.
With the summer approaching and managerial speculation already building, Keane’s name could continue to surface as clubs across Europe begin planning for the next campaign.
