A performance intelligence company has expanded its partnership with Leeds United.
The Premier League outfit will implement Kitman Labs’ iP: Intelligence Platform throughout its first-team setup, linking it directly with the Academy framework already operating on Kitman Labs technology through the Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Plan partnership.
The club will roll out the performance medicine, performance optimisation, and coaching and development systems across the senior squad, alongside iP Core for day-to-day football operations and My iP, the platform’s reporting and visualisation layer.
iP Core will provide Leeds’ football department with a centralised hub to manage daily activities across the first team, including scheduling, communication, planning and collaboration between departments. The performance medicine, performance optimisation, and coaching and development tools will operate within the same environment, gathering medical, training, screening, rehabilitation and development data generated throughout the club.
Meanwhile, My iP, the platform’s reporting and visualisation component, will allow Leeds staff greater flexibility over how information is displayed and analysed internally.
The move is designed to create stronger links between Leeds United’s academy and senior setup, ensuring greater consistency in player monitoring and development across all levels of the club.

The development represents another step in Leeds United’s wider efforts to modernise operations behind the scenes as they continue building for both immediate Premier League stability and long-term growth.
While supporters may not see the impact of these systems directly on a Saturday afternoon, the club will hope investments like this contribute to better player development, improved injury management and stronger decision-making throughout the football department in the years ahead.
