NafisaDavid Moyes is already planning to strengthen his Everton squad during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Scotsman has done a commendable job in revitalising things at Goodison Park since his return to Merseyside, but now the manager is aiming for further improvement.
One position where the Toffees require notable upgrades is in attack, with this season’s forward line failing to deliver enough.
Richarlison is one player who has been linked with a potential comeback to Everton, in hopes of reviving his career after struggling to find top form at Tottenham.
Moyes is eager to bring Richarlison back to Everton:
Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Beto, and Armando Broja have all fallen short of expectations for the Blues this campaign, so it’s understandable that the manager is already considering solutions to address the issue.
Currently, all three players could be on their way out of Goodison Park permanently this summer as Moyes aims to overhaul his attacking choices.
Richarlison may not have rediscovered his best level in North London, but considering how impressive he was during his earlier spell in blue, it’s clear why Everton are exploring a reunion.

Although Moyes wasn’t at the helm during the Brazilian’s previous tenure on Merseyside, it appears he also believes this could be a valuable addition for his team.
Speaking live on Sky Sports News (8 May), reporter Mike Wedderburn said: “How about this?
“Everton are interested in exploring a deal that would see Richarlison return to the club from Tottenham.
“We understand David Moyes is a long-time admirer of the Brazilian and he has prioritised searching for a striker in this summer window.”

Given how influential Richarlison was in his earlier spell at Everton, he remains a fan favourite, and as such, this deal could be well received by the supporters.
Moreover, with his Tottenham stint proving underwhelming, it’s likely his current club wouldn’t put up significant resistance to the move.
At 27, the Brazilian still has the potential to produce solid numbers if he can regain his top form, especially as the Blues prepare to transition to Bramley-Moore Dock at the close of the season.
That said, Moyes will certainly need additional reinforcements beyond just one forward, so while he’s enthusiastic about this target, he must also scout further options as the summer window draws near.
