NafisaWolverhampton Wanderers are monitoring Tim Kleindienst, who has had an outstanding season with Borussia Monchengladbach, according to Caught Offside.
Wolves appeared destined for another relegation fight this season, having endured challenges in recent Premier League campaigns.
Despite a promising debut season, Gary O’Neil was dismissed as head coach in late 2024, with Wolves, at the time, leaking too many goals and lingering near or in the relegation zone.
In O’Neil’s stead, Wolves appointed Vitor Pereira, and the Portuguese manager has orchestrated a stunning revival at Molineux. Under Pereira’s leadership, Wolves have climbed clear of the relegation zone and, having ensured their survival, can now plan for the upcoming season.
Wolves will, undoubtedly, need to bolster their squad, especially if Matheus Cunha leaves the club. It seems, however, that the Midlands outfit already have a striker in their sights.

As reported by Caught Offside, Borussia Monchengladbach forward Tim Kleindienst is on Wolves’ list.
After three years with Heidenheim, Kleindienst transferred to Gladbach in the summer of 2024 and has enjoyed a remarkable first season with the club, earning his debut for the German national team due to his performances.

Kleindienst will turn 30 this year and is currently in the peak of his career. Wolves’ interest is entirely justifiable, as Kleindienst would provide strong competition for players like Jacob Strand Larsen in Pereira’s squad.
According to Caught Offside, Monchengladbach would likely demand between £25 and £30 million for their key striker. If the club fails to secure European competition, Kleindienst might need to be sold, and evidently, there are clubs ready to pounce if that occurs.
Wolves showed interest in Kleindienst last winter, and it’s clear why their pursuit has continued. Given the appeal of the Premier League, Wolves may well persuade the striker to join, which would be a fantastic acquisition for the club.
