Done Deal Imminent – Nottingham Forest target ‘reach Agreement’ to SIGN for Premier League club with club owners to Pay the World-class star’s ‘Release Clause’

According to reports, Manchester United have outpaced Premier League competitors Arsenal and Nottingham Forest to secure a significant summer acquisition.

The Red Devils need a substantial squad revamp this summer, requiring improvements across multiple positions after spending much of this season in the lower half of the Premier League standings.

United’s roster is not presently aligned with head coach Ruben Amorim’s favored playing style, and several transfer windows will likely be necessary to rectify this.

Under Amorim, Man Utd have lacked potency in attack this season, with their striker options ranking among the weakest in the Premier League.

A new forward is a top priority for Man Utd this summer, with Ipswich Town’s standout Liam Delap mentioned as a prime candidate, but they also need to recruit at least one attacking midfielder suited to the No.10 role in Amorim’s 3-4-3 formation.

Wolves’ star Matheus Cunha has been one of the premier attacking midfielders in the Premier League this season, and it’s reported that the Red Devils are frontrunners to sign him.

Cunha is well-suited to Amorim’s system and would represent an improvement over Man Utd’s current options. His transfer fee is estimated at around £62.5m due to a release clause in his Wolves contract.

Now, a report from GOAL Brazil claims United have ‘reached an agreement’ with Wolves as Cunha ‘will swap’ Vitor Pereira’s team for the Red Devils this summer.

The report states Man Utd will ‘pay’ the ‘termination fee’ in Cunha’s contract to secure his services this summer. The report adds.

‘Matheus Cunha will swap Wolves for Manchester United in the next transfer window.

‘The Red Devils have an agreement in place for the Brazilian to join the squad and will pay the release clause, which is around 62.5 million euros.

‘Matheus Cunha’s good performances over the last two seasons have seen United eye the 25-year-old Brazilian.

‘Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have both shown interest in the player, but United have taken the lead and decided to make a big move for the Brazilian.

‘The negotiation is all tied up and should be completed at the end of the European season, even before the transfer window opens.’
