Former Roma CEO Lina Souloukou Linked with Nottingham Forest Role

Former Roma CEO Lina Souloukou is reportedly on the verge of joining Premier League side Nottingham Forest in a consultancy role, following her dramatic exit from the Italian club earlier this season.

According to Italian outlet Il Messaggero, Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis is eager to bolster his management team and has approached Souloukou to work alongside chief football officer Ross Wilson and international sporting advisor Miran Pavlin.

The move is part of a broader restructuring at the City Ground, with Forest also reportedly targeting former Arsenal director Edu Gaspar, though his appointment has not yet been confirmed. Pavlin joined the club in August 2024.

Souloukou’s tenure at Roma ended in September, just days after the controversial sacking of club legend Daniele De Rossi, who was dismissed four games into the 2024/25 season. Her resignation capped a turbulent chapter at the Giallorossi, but she now looks set for a fresh start in English football.
